My own SatoriInteractive.com has become a little tired over the years. The version of the site that has been up for the last four (or so) years was one of the first Flash MX applications I developed. At the time, I was really excited about the Flash drawing API, and I wanted to see if it was possible to create a website without a single graphical element embedded in the SWF. I thought it would be cool to make a Windows style engine and build a site around it.

Today, I don't know if it was a good site or not. Since it was all dynamic and Flash based, it was never really easily indexed by search engines. But most of my consulting work doesn't come from web browsers, so I guess that part doesn't matter. But lately much of our work has moved away from simple Flash toys, presentations and game development and has become much more client-server applications using Flash and more recently a heavy focus on Flex. Since our blog is a conventional XHTML/CSS site, we decided to make our main corporate site match.

Ironically, at least for the moment, there is no Flash on SatoriInteractive.com for the first time in eight years. There are links to our case studies illustrating our work in Flash and Flex. We will be adding some Flash to the site in the near future. But, in the mean time, for people that are looking for our Flash components or video games, we have linked to the old MX version of Satori Interactive in our left navigation.
